Finite Technologies offers support for the FTIDOE software and its components but does not provide engineering support for the building of energy models.  Support features are as follows:

• Free upgrades via the Internet within major version releases.  For example if you currently have a license for 3.x then you will recieve free upgrades via the Internet for that version of the software for as long as we support that version. 
  
• Support for any issue related to the operation of the FTIDOE software.  This support is available via Help Desk, a web based support system.  Phone support is available but do the the global nature of our customers and the many languages that are spoken by these customers we recommend the Help Desk for all support options.
