ImageFinite Technolgies offers support not only for the product and solutions that it produces but support for networks and computing systems.

Support for our products and solutions has the following options:

  • Maintenance Contracts - Active maintenace contracts provide 7x24 support for our all of the solutions that we produce.  For solutions that are hardware based these contracts extend the hardware warranty on the item supported for the life ofthe contract.  These contracts also provide for advanced replacement as indicated in our current support policies noted in the Help Desk FAQ section.
  • Defect Support - We provide support for software defects for the life of the currenlty relesed version for the following software applications: FTIDOE
    Note: Defect support does not include hardware failure outside the normal hardware warranty. 
  • Hardware

 

Support for network and computing systems is a time and materials based support and includes most computing technologies in the market from telecomunications systems and network routers to server and desktop support for most operating systems (Windows, Linux, Solaris, etc.).  Please refer to the Network Engineering section of this website for more information.

Support for network and computing systems requires that you have a current billing account with Finite Technologies.  This account can be set up at the time support is requested. 

Please note the following in relation to our billing for support services:

  • Initial calls are billed for a one hour minimum.
  • Follow up calls are billed in 15 minute increments.
  • Calls after our normal working hours, holidays and weekends are billed at our afterhours rates with a two hour minimum.
